About Contratiempo Jazz
Contratiempo Jazz is a Spanish-language digital jazz magazine that documents and promotes jazz from Mexico, Latin America and Europe. Its Lanzamientos section follows new jazz releases, and the Raíces announcement was written by Efraín Alavez, whose byline appears across the magazine’s release coverage. For two Mexican musicians based in Europe, it was the natural first stop: a Spanish-speaking audience that follows Mexican jazz on both sides of the Atlantic.
Contratiempo’s announcement opened the coverage of Raíces, followed by press in the UK, France, the US and the Netherlands. See the full Raíces press campaign and how Monart works as a jazz publicist.
