In its guide of October 4, 2023, Télérama Sortir included the Paris concert of saxophonist Nicole Johänntgen at the Sunset in its jazz critic’s selection by Louis-Julien Nicolaou, with a word on her album Labyrinth.
What Télérama Sortir wrote
(“She does not preach austerity, though, and readily shakes things up, unafraid of bending conventions along the way. Witness the album Labyrinth, full of roundness and groove, which she and her two partners will present at the Sunset.”)
