Alex Mercado plays piano solo in the salons of France-Amériques

On Tuesday 22 September 2015, Mexican pianist Alex Mercado gave a piano solo concert in the salons of France-Amériques, on avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt in Paris.

An evening at France-Amériques

The concert was presented by France-Amériques, through its Art and Culture section, and the Association des Amis du Mexique en France. Doors opened at 18:00, the music started at 18:30, and the evening ended with a drink among the guests.

Piano solo, the night before the Sunside

Alex Mercado played alone at the piano. The invitation announced compositions from his next album, which he was about to record in New York. The next evening, 23 September, he played the Sunside in trio, with Nicolas Moreaux and Dré Pallemaerts.
